Long, hot summer (well, almost) news

Amongst all the huge and historic events taking place during the last few months, we’ve continued making our podcasts and working on future projects.

There are three Rose Tinted Black and White Television episodes for you to enjoy.

David Newell and Guy Morgan have been delving into the adventure television series of the 1960s asking what’s the best kind of hero? A lone wolf or member of a team?
They’ve looked at the trans-Atlantic traffic of acting and directing talent in Import/Export and pondering what gives a classic show longevity or “legs” in Legs&Co.
You can catch those on RTBWTV’s Soundcloud page here:

And Guy has reached the Wars of the Roses with Episodes 12 and 13 of History City.
Thanks to James Wright of the Yorkshire Museum and Dr Eliza Hartrich of the University of York for guiding us through the confused and confusing 15th Century.

As usual they are available on major platforms.

Next is everyone’s set history text, the Tudors.
We wager you’ll be able to name a few of those…..
